Steppes Farm's greatest asset is of course its lovely setting and near perfect location. Being centrally situated on the WelshEnglish border means variety in every direction. The Wye Valley; the Brecon Beacons; the Royal Forest of Dean; the Black Mountains; the Herefordshire Plain; the Cotswolds; the Malverns and the Gower Coastline are all within easy travelling distance. Steppes Farm consist of 6 self catering cottage all 5 star. The cottages have been architect designed and lovingly restored, conserving many original structures, such as the old oak beams and timbers. These and other features are combined with stylish interior designs of an exceptionally high standard to create the perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation.Beds are made up for your arrival. Bedding includes a duvet and linen with extra blankets provided. Tea towels are provided but you are requested to bring your own personal towels. Good garage and parking facilities are allocated to each cottage.

Directions

Steppes Farm is located in Rockfield, a small hamlet just west of Monmouth by about 5km. The maps below will help you find us; they start with a wide view of the area - from the Severn Bridge up - and end up with a close-up of exactly where our restaurant is. On the final map, showing Rockfield in close-up, you'll notice a hair-pin bend marked on the map as a yellow road, tightly twisting. Once you have gone around the bend we are about 100 metres up the road on the right.
